Canadian jobs and the Express Entry points they carry

Live Canadian jobs, each matched to a National Occupational Classification code on the government's published high-wage occupation list and showing the Express Entry points a qualifying job offer in that occupation carries from 3 November 2026: 100 points at the highest level, 70 at the middle level and 50 at the entry level. No Labour Market Impact Assessment is required for a qualifying offer to count.

These points are for permanent residence, not permission to work. A qualifying job offer raises your Comprehensive Ranking System score and improves your chances of an invitation to apply; it is not a visa or a work permit, and on its own it does not allow you to work in Canada. Where an advert says the employer will help with a work permit, the card says so separately.

The level belongs to the occupation rather than to the job. IRCC sets each code's level from the median wage of everyone in Canada working under it, and states that the level is not determined by a person's own job position or salary, so salaries are shown for information only and never change the points. Where the likely codes sit at different levels, no points figure is shown at all.
