UK visa sponsorship pathway

Sponsorship is one specialist pathway inside SPath. You can search 139,720+ organisations indexed from the Home Office Register of Licensed Sponsors, see each sponsor's rating, and check salary, occupation-code and visa-route fit. A sponsor licence shows that an organisation is licensed; it does not prove that it is hiring or that it will sponsor a particular role. Always verify the current register and each vacancy on GOV.UK.

• Skilled Worker visa - usual minimum salary £41,700 a year or the going rate for the occupation, whichever is higher (£33,400 floor for new entrants, under 26s and recent graduates).
• Health and Care Worker visa - minimum salary £25,000 a year, with the Agenda for Change Band 3 entry point rising to £25,760 from April 2026.
• Graduate visa - 2-year post-study work visa (3 years for PhD graduates). No sponsorship required.
